  • 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh or bottled lemon juice

In a bowl or plastic container mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and stir well. Use a whisk to blend ingredients. Add Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Again, stir well or use a wire whisk. Store in the refrigerator to use with cooked crawfish.
